“HOW TO ENJOY KOREAN CHARCOAL BBQ AT VIP”

1. What is the good thing about having Korean Charcoal BBQ at VIP? You can cook at your own table. Let’s start!

2. Firstly, bring your favourite meat and vegetables including lettuce to your table.

3. Don’t forget to bring sauce. Grab a small sauce plate, put a little bit of salt and pepper and 1-2 spoons of sesame oil. Also bring some soy bean paste if you like.

4. You will find a switch if you open the silver square lid next to the grill. Turn the switch anti clock wise, the more you turn the stronger the flame will be. We suggest the low/medium heat so that your meat will not be burned.

5. Now, place your favourite meat on to the grill. You start cooking by flipping the meat.

6. You can have control as to how your meat is cooked, ie you can take the meat off the grill to your plate when it is rare or medium/well-done.

7. You can also put some garlic or onion together with meat on to the grill until they turn golden brown.

8. Now it’s time to eat!! Take a piece of lettuce leaf in one hand, top it with a piece of sesame leaf (optional), put a little bit of soy bean paste on it, put a piece of roasted garlic and/or onion on it, then, you dip your choice of grilled meat into the sesame oil sauce and place the meat on the lettuce. You can also put some of other “green” vegetables (optional), and a little bit of rice (optional).

9. Then, carefully wrap it up together by closing your hand and eat the whole roll in one bite.

10. Or you can just eat meat off the grill with rice! Your choice!!

 

Soba Noodle (cold)/ Korean (Janchi) Noodle (hot)

1. Place noodle in a bowl.

2. Put your choice of garnishing, ie, egg, dry seaweed, spring onion, grinded radish on top of noodle.

3. Then, pour 1-2 ladle of noodle soup.

4. Ready to eat!!
